Open out high level fanlights are easily controlled with these stays. Their over centre closed position means that they are secure from outside opening when shut. A simple but effective stay.

Conservatories are now the most common fitting application for these traditional fittings.

An elegant addition to any window. Easy to use, simple to fit and very secure. Commonly used by the conservatory industry, but equally ideal for a fanlight over the kitchen sink.

Ideal choice for use on recessed top hung outward opening timber sashes. They come in 3 standard sizes of 300, 600 or 900mm. Centre rings are particularly useful on high level windows where a pole operator is needed to control the opener. The centre ring must be ordered separately and can be easily fitted to the bar on site.

Old schools and hospitals are the usual place to see these traditional window fittings. They are simple, strong and easy to operate by means of the cord. We stock the endless cord in one length to suit a drop of three metres.

These folding openers are for top hung open out sashes made from timber and features a neat 90° fold back system making it an ideal choice for use on windows with vertical and horizontal blinds. Manufactured from stainless steel with a black plastic nylon ring pull this product is easy to use and stylish. This product does not come supplied with screws, recommended screw size is 4.0 x 30mm.

The T450 inner cable is supplied in 5 or 10 metre rolls and is easily cut to the required length on site. It is important to always allow an extra 500mm for the spent travel as the cable moves back and forth within the conduit. As the operator is rotated clockwise or anti-clockwise.

The T100 chain opener is the standard size required for the majority of applications. The mechanism will open the vent 250mm. If the sashes (side hung or top hung) are more than 1000mm high / wide then 2 chain openers should be fitted to ensure a tight seal is obtained upon closure. The minimum window height to enable full 250mm travel is 500mm. Allow for 300mm of conduit for the spent travel of the inner cable. All of the operators shown on this page will work with this opener.

The conduit is supplied in 3 metre lengths and can be cut down to size and prepared on site using the T900 conduit tool. The conduit run should always be the shortest possible route from the operator up to the first sash in the control line. It is important to use the T950 bending tool to ensure that the bends are not so tight so that they impede the travel of the chain inside the conduit.

Frame saddles are required at 500mm intervals along the conduit run. It is important to always use two adjacent to a bend. Sold in packs of 10.

The T250 is a long cased 1:1 geared operator capable of opening and closing up to 4 chain openers. The operator conceals the spent travel in the casing below the operator handle. THIS OPERATOR WILL ONLY WORK WITH THE T100 CHAIN OPENER.

Conduit plugs are inserted into the end of the spent travel tube . Sold in packs of 5.

The spring stop is a very important component in the highline system. They protect the chain opener or operator from overwinding. If they are not positioned at the end of the inner cable, the cable can pop out and consequently, the control line may need to be dismantled to be re-fitted. Sold in packs of 5.

These folding openers are for top hung open out sashes made from Aluminium or PVCu (0-20mm step). They feature a neat 90° fold back system which makes them an ideal choice for use on windows with vertical or horizontal blinds. They are supplied in white with a black plastic ring pull for ease of operation and M6 X 16 screws and threaded riv nuts.

These pole operators are an ideal choice for operating high level duplex openers fitted with centre rings. They are manufactured from aluminium making them lightweight and easy to operate.

The T300 is a 1:1 geared operator capable of opening and closing up to 4 chain openers. The spent travel conduit is exposed below the operator.

The T950 bend former is used to form the bends in a conduit run. This is an important tool as it ensures that bends are not so tight as to impede the travel of the chain through the conduit.

The T900 conduit tool is used for forming a groove onto the outside of conduit tube. This is important as the groove stops the conduit from pulling out of the chain opener, operator or conduit connectors.

The T750 flat bracket for PVC-U is used for fixing the chain opener to the frame of the window - it will also suit most types of outer frame - square, chamfered, oval or bevelled.

The T150 chain opener will provide vents with a 380mm opening. If the sashes (side or top hung) are more than 1000mm high / wide then 2 chain openers should be fitted to ensure a tight seal is obtained upon closure. The minimum window height for full 380mm travel is 900mm. Allow for 450mm of conduit for the inner cable spent travel. ONLY SELECT OPERATORS T210 AND T300 TO SUIT THIS OPENER.

Use these conduit connectors to join two pieces together in a long run.

The T760 L shaped bracket for timber is used for fixing the chain opener to the frame of the window - normally directly onto the frame or internal windowboard.

The T740 bracket is used for fixing the chain opener to the frame of an aluminium window. However, it may be possible to fit the operator directly to some aluminium window frames without the use of this bracket.

The T210 is a 3:1 geared operator capable of opening and closing up to 8 chain openers. The spent travel conduit is exposed above the operator.
