Altro Brass lever handles on back plates are good quality solid brass fittings designed for commercial applications.
The handles firmly bolt to the spindle with a grub screw, and consequently bolt through the door to the handle & spindle on the other side. This method of fixing makes them very solid and secure on the door and consequently suitable for busy door locations.
