Payment options & VAT
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa. If you order has been split due to different availability dates, payment will be debited when each separate item is dispatched. Please note that the invoice address must match the card holders address for security reasons.
Our site offers you the option of viewing our prices either including or excluding VAT. Just select your preferred option by your basket at the top of the screen. When you check out the prices will be shown based on the selected VAT method. VAT exempt customers must make any purchases over the phone with one of our sales representatives and arrange to present the relevant Customs & Excise paperwork at the time of ordering. VAT exempt orders cannot be placed over the website and we cannot accept requests for VAT exemption after a web order has been placed.
