Or you can place orders for Ironmongery Direct products directly from this website with complete security and peace of mind using our secure e-commerce system. Simply follow these steps, we will do the rest!
1) Find what you want: You can find products on our site in several ways.
a. Browse through our product categories by using the left hand menu options
b. Use the search tools at the top of the left hand menu options
2) Decide if it is what you were after: our product pages will tell you all you need to know about the product you have selected. We will also let you know if there is anything you should look out for when purchasing particular products. If you do have any additional questions please call us.
3. Select your product: once you are sure you have got the right thing, decide how many you need and then click on the add button. Your choice will then be added to you shopping basket. You can check how many items and what the total amount you have in your basket at any time by viewing your basket at the top of the screen.
4. Paying for what is in your basket: once you have all you need you need to checkout. Just click on the checkout link at the bottom of your shopping basket and you will be asked to login. If you have purchased from us previously then you just need enter your password and click on login. You will then be taken through to the checkout where you can double check you have got the correct items and use any voucher codes that you may have. Once you have done this you will be asked to check your delivery details and choose your preferred delivery option. The final stage is to enter your credit/debit card details. Then you are ready to place your order. If you have never purchased from us before you will need to register on the site. Just fill in the required details, making sure you enter details in any box that is marked by an *. Once you have registered you will be able to continue through the checkout process.
5. Tracking your order: once you have placed your order you will be sent a confirmation email. If at any time you wish to check the status of your order you can go to My Account and see what stage your purchase is at.
